Good with drawbacks
Good product if bit awkward to set up, but plenty of helpful videos on You Tube explaining use, you have to get the right cameras for this unit but you do not have to have Hikvision ones, found Hikvision themselves unhelpful , they always refer you to the seller, so important you get seller with good feedback on service.

Better products out there
Seems to be very complicated, or the instruction are very poor. May be different if you have used them a number of times.Also seems that you have to purchase their cameras, as the cameras that i had on my old setup will not work. Tried to contact Hikvision via email a number of times but no reply. Very bad.Contacted the seller, very helpful, and hopefully will purchase 3rd party cameras in the near future, if I can work out which will connect to the DVR..
