good product - cheap alternative below!!
Good little tool. The hole is a good size and provides an easy clean way to remove spots. I haven't had a chance to use the sharp end yet, but it looks like it will be useful for under-the-skin issues.NOTEIf you don't want to spend the couple of quid on this because you are unsure of it's quality, you can get the same effect using a biro lid.Take a bic pen (or similar) with a lid with a small hole in the tip of it.Place the hole over the spot or blackhead.Straighten up and push, quite hardIt will leave a small circle over the spot, and any blackhead or white pus will come out into the pen lid.I would advise throwing the pen lid away after each spot, or cleaning it thoroughly.Good to use the pen lid but I find this tool a lot easier as it gives better viewing

SPOT on haha!
Excellent wee product, very gentle on skin and clears even tiny and awkward spots nicely. The spikey end is perfect too, great size, sharp enough for precision but broad enough to be gentle. Length and grip on handle makes it very easy to use. Sturdy product that should not wear out or break. Great value for a couple of quid, 10/10 from me!Seller dispatched promptly and packed appropriately (enough so it would not be lost easily but not excessive). I recommend both the product and seller. :)

Hmm..
Thought i'd wait a few weeks before judging this- Firstly I'd say that unless you have large, problematic blackheads or pimples that come to a head, this won't be any use to you. Digging into small blackheads with this will cause more bacteria and damage in the longrun. However piercing gently with the pointed end and using the looped end pressing down around the blackheads to remove is very effective and helps reduce the risk of scarring when poking with fingers. These must be cleaned extremely well too after each use or you'll just be causing massive spread of bacteria on your face.Overall i'd say theyre very useful if you want to get out of the habit of touching your acne prone skin and want to stop spreading germs, but also have large blackheads to remove. These won't be that helpful to you either if you don't exfoliate and wash/moisturise your skin daily as the blackheads will only come back worse.

worth having
for the price it is worth buying. It took weeks to arrive but when it did it was in excellent condition. The so called sharp end is useless, a needle is a lot sharper, however the other end seems robust and easy to use. Although I am pretty sure that leaving things well alone skin wise is the best bet, this at least makes it so you don't damage your skin too much when you just have to mess!

Used for Milia removal
I did take the plunge when a little drunk. Started poking away at the biggest Milia and then used the other side to try to push the whitish crystal out. Then after a few days you start noticing the next big Milia, and then you start digging it out. Maybe I have removed 5 or 6, the process involves piercing the skin from the side, maybe after 10 gentle stabs the skin breaks, and then you start to focus on it. You should be able to feel it with the lance, and it is hard. They have all come out, well the ones that I have tried to remove. Only one at the side of the nose was very very hard, even though half my face was covered with blood, the Milia would not come out, using the rounded side of the lance trying to remove the Milia it seemed this be pushing the Milia in the wrong direction; probably due to the thicker skin around the nose. So I used the lance from the opposite direction in frustration. I pushed the lance a few times and I can sense I was hitting something hard. I pushed harder, then harder, then finally I could see the white stuff come out in pieces on the other side. Now this left damaged skin that went dark, so I tried seaseme seed oil over it, as this was what I usually do with skin to stop scars. After a few days it still had not gone, so I am also using manuka honey to wash the face....maybe it is helping,

Not useful
Not fit for use at all, the circular part is far too small, does not help squeeze blackheads it just makes a circle dent in your face, it's very sharp and uncomfortable and doesn't help in any way shape or form

A black heads worst nightmare!
Purchased after finding a black head in my ear the size of a small planet. Unfortunately the standard size British finger cannot fit in my ear enough to remove a black head. My wife tried and I tried and failed. So looked on Amazon and purchased this bad boy. It's basically a hardened peice of steel with a very sharp pointy end and has a small looped end for black head removal. It works a treat. Within seconds of having it we had a crack at removing the small planet from my ear. The Wife inserted it into my ear pushing it down around the black head. I heard it, I felt it and it was awesome. It popped right out. Can't wait to find another now.

Good for price
I wanted to buy one of these after seeing a friend had one. Hers was very good. This was very cheap and I wasn't expecting much. It did the job but not as well as I hoped. The sharp end is also very sharp!
