I like the mask but not the "angel dusting"
Since I am always curious to try new K-beauty skin care, I could not resist ordering this Gummy Sheet Mask Collagen Milk Sticker by Abib. The masks are made of some celluloid type fabric and are just dripping with thick milky essence, so they have excellent adhesion to the skin. I do believe this is why they are called "gummy". The amount of milky serum in these masks is kind of crazy... there is so much left in the envelope that it feels kind of wasteful. The best thing to do with the extra is to scoop it out and use it on the neck and chest area, which is exactly what I did.The mask is well sized for my face, there was no need to enlarge eye or mouth holes which I have to do a lot with other masks. It felt very soothing on the skin and did not slip around at all. There is no scent, no added fragrance. After twenty minutes I removed the mask, and was happy to see that my face looked very nicely hydrated, somewhat plump, and all the redness from my rosacea was gone. I want to note that these masks are not really "plumping" masks, and I don't think they are meant to be because they don't contain hyaluronic acid and derivatives, which are known to give that immediate plumping effect. Although my skin looks beautiful from wearing it, the longer term benefits seem to be what these are formulated toward. In spite of the fact that the brand is calling them "collagen milk sticker" masks, the collagen is listed below the 1% line meaning that there is less than 1% collagen in these masks. That is what "angel dusting" is referring to... When a brand uses a desirable word to market a product but in reality, the product actually contains very little of that ingredient. Add to that, the ongoing controversy about whether the skin can even absorb collagen down far enough to where it would make a difference... It matters not though, because most of the good long term benefits from this mask are going to come from peptides. This mask contains 9 (!!) different peptides, all doing their special peptide jobs to make the skin look and feel nicer, plus be healthier overall. Peptides can help firm the skin and give it more elasticity. They can also promote collagen production and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Some of them can even reduce pigmentation and even out the skin tone. In addition to those workhorses, this formulation also contains some great botanicals for antioxidant support, like peony root extract, rosemary leaf extract and centella asiatica with 4 of its derivatives (great for soothing also!)All in all, these masks are well formulated to potentially give good anti aging results with consistent use. They are currently selling at around $20. for ten of them, and I think that is a bargain price for such a good formulation with no potentially harmful or controversial ingredients. **As much as I like this product, I did deduct one star for calling them "collagen" masks.

Good stuff decent value no allergic reaction. Performed as intended.
ASIN: B0C1RRQ7RX $20.79 ($2.08 each)Abib Gummy Sheet Mask 10 Sheets Collagen Milk (Elasticity)I must not be the target market for this product, because I don't get it. There really isn't a point to putting in collagen in a mask. It does not penetrate your skin as the molecule is too large. It can leave your skin feeling softer and more supple for a short period of time. Also, there isn't any actual milk in this, which is probably a good thing since milk is a common allergen. The product also contains coconut derivatives, which are also a common allergen. Although, I have problems with both and would rate my skin as "very sensitive," and did not have any adverse events with this mask. The mask was about an inch too small for my face. It was a thin polyester, non-woven fabric. I had a hard time unfolding it, without dripping goo on everything. It does have lots of goo in the packet. Most of the goo did not seem to be on the mask, and I wasn't sure if there was much point to putting it on top of the mask, but I did anyway. I left it on for 20 minutes as directed, and my skin felt soft afterwards. It didn't look any different. As far as value, sheet masks range in price from $10-$30 for 10 masks. This product falls right in the middle of that range. So I guess it's a decent value. As far as I can tell, this product performed as intended. I didn't have any allergic reactions, and my skin felt soft and smooth afterwards.
