Really a great filter
I was surprised I didn't see more reviews for this product. I find this is one of the best charcoal filters out there. Work great and eliminate tongue bite and keep the tobacco very smooth and cool. I have found the same for Savinelli's 9mm charcoal filters as well.

Great for tongue bite
I love my Savinelli pipes but on certain tobaccos I would get tongue bite plus I’m a wet smoker. These eliminated both problems! A must have for pipe smokers

Tin was not sealed.
These work, but this is the second time we received an unsealed can with several filters missing. Yes, we counted them because we this was our first two experiences with buying this brand of filter, and we figured maybe Savinelli just didn’t seal their packages. However, we also purchased the 6 mm filters from Savinelli and those were sealed. So we definitely received previously returned items twice.
