The only other Mitchell's product I've used is their shaving soap, and I thought I would take a chance on their bath soap.It's an excellent soap, and smells exactly like their shaving soap. It doesn't dry my skin out at all, and lasts long enough. While it's not as economical as some other bath soaps, the quality more than makes up for a slightly shorter life span in the shower.This is definitely something I'm going to keep stocked up on!

I’ve always had trouble with dry cracking skin. Then I started shaving with Mitchell’s Wool Fat, and my dry skin disappeared on my hands and face. I decided to give the bath soap a try and I’m amazed. My skin has never been so soft and smooth before. When I rinse off in the shower, it feels like the soap has rinsed off and not left a scum film behind.The scent is not all that great, but it’s soap, not cologne or perfume. It is supposed to get you clean without damaging your skin. Mitchell’s does that and improves your skin.I’m a Mitchell’s covert and will likely be one for life.

I discovered this soap in England and brought it home to use for my sensitive skin husband. It doesn’t dry out your hands and leaves them soft with a pleasant scent. Scent resembles the powder soap used in schools decades ago. Only problem I have is that the price of it has gone up every year everywhere. Still worth the price.

I am not a fan of shower gels, far more wasteful and FAR more expensive per use than bar soap. But finding a bar soap that didn't dry out my already dry skin even more and that didn't smell like a cheap bottle of perfume. I tried this soap about 8 years ago and it is truly the only soap I have in my house for hand washing and baths/showers. I have 3 friends who tried it here who now use it themselves, and ONE of them gets very upset if I don't send her a bar for her birthday AND for Christmas!!! LOL!! It really is wonderful stuff.

Originally started purchasing the soap over the winter because her skin would get dry, but now use year round. I like the fact it's natural and no chemicals. It's also has natural moisturizers which becomes more important the older you get.

Love this soap! Have mildly dry skin and, after first shower, could feel the difference from using my everyday soap. Nice lather with a clean pleasant smell that's not overwhelming. Although a bit pricey, I shared my order with a good friend who gave me a bar when I told him about my skin issue. He told me he has used it for years. I wanted to pass on the good deed so, I save several bars to family members who share the same skin issue. They loved it! Highly recommend Mitchell's Wool Fat Soap!

I have been using Mitchell's Wool Fat Soap for years. My mom uses it. My aunts use it. My mother-in-law used it. It is the only soap out there that helps with itchy, dry skin. It doesn't leave a residue on your skin. So happy to find it on Amazon at a great price. The bars last a long time.

Have used for 40plus years during winter months. No dry skin to worry about. Love the clean scent. My one indulgence.
