Better than other similar products:We bought a few of these for the house, one in every bathroom. Initially, I bought a variety from other brands that were similar but priced cheaper- however I ended up returning the others after seeing this one because even though they were cheaper they also felt/looked cheap in person. This one has a nice weight to it, looks really elegant, and works well. I particularly love that you can control the volume of soap based on how low you hold your hand.Good customer service: I had one that for some reason stopped holding a charge two weeks in even though the others were fine. I contacted the company and they easily replaced it for free, even following up a few weeks later to see if the new one worked without issue.Cons: Only issue is now my littles wave their hands under all soap dispensers at friend’s houses thinking soap will come out.

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE!!! I reached out to the company and they said the dispenser needed to be re calibrated. He sent me this video on how to do it and BEHOLD! my soap dispenser works again!! Sharing for others with the same issue.Bought this for my son's bathroom so he can learn to be independent. (4 yrs old) It's was so nice when it was working. Wanted to purchase one for every bathroom. Glad I didn't. After 5 months and charging it for the 3rd time, it malfunctioned. It turns on, flashes white, dispenses a little bit of soap, then flashes green and blue and no longer works. If you turn it off and back on, it does the same thing. I've been trying so hard to get it to work because I really liked it but sadly, it's a temporary product.

Perfect and hygienic aesthetically pleasing to add to any nursery changing center.

Update: I contacted the company for support and they did not respond. So much for the "24 hr response" and 12 month warranty.I thought this was a great product. It looks nice, performed well and worked great until a week ago. Everyone wants the immediate review. I usually wait for at least 6 months to see if the product performs as stated. I bought this in September 2023 and it will no longer dispense soap. It will charge but will not stay charged or dispense the soap.

I purchased two of these 11 months ago. We use them daily (up to 20 times) and they work as advertised; battery power is abundant (initial charge took about an hour and subsequent top-off charges at each weekly refill runs about 15 minutes). Few days ago, I experienced a problem with one dispenser. I contacted the seller and they quickly identified the problem and shipped out a replacement. Great service!

We haven't had lasting results with manual pump foamy dispensers in our home. The pump handle may get stuck in the down position or get harder to press. They fail and need maintenance or replacement too often. I've gotten better results with powered foamy dispensers.But with this dispenser, I'm not getting consistent results with the distance suggested to get more or less soap with each hand sense activation. Light and shadows seem to impact amount dispensed as well as causing false activation.I set up two of these near the kitchen sink. My wife wanted a matching one for the dish washing detergent so I purchased the second one to match i this one. The second one suffers from occasional false activation. It must be where it sits in relation to the incoming sun and shadows. It dispenses falsely when someone enters the kitchen or not even present. The activation sound or telltale soap track is evidence of that.Both of these dispensers failed with the red flashing LED within the first day of use for us. Wiping the sensor with a micro fiber cloth and sharing the finding with the rest of the family has minimized this. I initially found these turned off due to failure or solution empty. As a family, we're improving to resolve these issues as they occur rather than leaving for me to discover and resolve.I'm not sure what's up with the second one but I'm gonna try swapping the positions to see if the false activation tracks the same foamy dispenser or the location.It also seems the light is effecting the consistency of the amount dispensed. When there's little light in the kitchen, the hand soap dispenser is more likely to dispense the larger amount despite approaching the sensor from high to just below the dispensing port. Less likely to do this when there's more light. That's good reason to wish there was a way to limit the hand wash amount dispensed to the minimum.And thinking about using this to dispense dish washing detergent, there's even less consistency to get the larger amount for washing dishes unless I'm dispensing in my hand first. Preset options would be ideal for me.I'm still experimenting with the mixture for Dawn detergent to be diluted for foamy dispensing. I've tried 2 teaspoons of detergent mixed with 1 teaspoon of rubbing alcohol and the remainder being distilled water. But I'm thinking it's supposed to be closer to tablespoons rather than teaspoons. One good thing of using diluted soap is that it rinses easier and saves soap and water in the process.I'm hoping this makes a case for preselecting the amount dispensed rather than relying on where the hand is placed. I'd set the hand wash for minimum amount. And the larger amount for the dish washing one. I think preset options would be an improvement. But I do like the cordless capability the rechargeable battery offers. It won't require charging that often. The reservoir could be expanded too. Being in the kitchen, the reservoir empties quickly. But I like this enough that I purchased the second dispenser. The problems weren't so obvious until the second one arrived but despite the dislike for the consistency, I like it enough to rate it four stars, overall. I'd hope for an improved version to come as a result of reviews.

Works perfect with liquid soap foam. Battery last long....still on the first charge!
