Easy to use and works as expected.
I am an ethereum developer and use quite a bit of ether in my day-to-day activities. Keeping my private keys offline is a requirement for me. I bought the Trezor because of its integration with Metamask (the browser plug-in that enables ether transactions) and am very pleased. It works perfectly and the manual process of signing transactions with the device is simple and quick.

Love The Product, Love The Company Even More!
Product looks, geels, and works well! Couldn't ask for much more. Had a small issue that turned out to be 100% my fault, yet the compnay still came through and REALLY hooked me up! They owed me othing, yet went out of the way to fulfill my want/need and just basically told me, "Not a problem at all, here's one on us for the holidays".... So refreshing to deal with great people.... Wow!

Impossible to set up. Just another piece of plastic.
I've been working on this off and on for 2 weeks now. Probably spent a total of 8 hours on it so far.....and I'm still not up and running. Instructions hard to receive and no customer service. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS!

It is a good set for your first cold wallet
If you are buying your first cold wallet, Trezor is one of the low cost wallets you can find right now. You can buy just a wallet, but if you have macbook pro with USB-C ports, you need an adaptor to connect. This is a complete kit for starter. I couldn't give 5 star because the pen wasn't really good to write clearly and sharply on the recovery seed card. Maybe I just got one from a bad lot, which I don't care so much about it.

Genuine Trezor
Received genuine trezor one with the assortment of extras. I bought this one as a backup device as I already had one that I use regularly. I really like this device, I use it to store crypto, but the trezor password manager is also nice. I like their software better than the ledger software.

I'm sure it will do everything I need but it ...
I'm sure it will do everything I need but it is a new software to me and I'm not able to get working for me. I dont think it is a problem but I need to talk to someone to get me started. It is setup but using it is still open.If you know some one I could have a little one on one time I would appreiate you letting me know.Maurice
