Good for price, not what I expected
Pretty good gpu for the price but it has been kinda buggy when I would crank up the watt usage and core/vram mhz on msi afterburner. Definitely recommend it if you have a power supply less than 300 watts.I’ve seen videos of people using the gt-1030 in Minecraft and getting crazy fps going up to 300-400 but when I play it’s buggy and can’t get anywhere above 60 fps. I’m not sure why the one I got is like this but I bet I can fix it somehow.

Silent - as it should be!
It's silent due to no fan. It's low power, so it doesn't add to the electricity bill any more than a 60 or 75 watt light bulb running 24/7 does.Installation is easy. Remove whatever is already installed where you want it, if anything. It takes up the space of two slots, but usually that "overhung slot" is not needed (or at least not used) anyway. Carefully "seat it" in the chosen slot. Press the latch into the locked position to secure it. Screw down the bracket so nothing wiggles or wobbles (nothing should...), and it's good to go!It handles graphics fine (Blender 3D, WoW, Skyrim, Youtube), but I don't ask a lot from it.

Good basic budget GPU.
Fine for desktop use (school, word, excel, etc) and basic games. Also fine for watching movies. Not so good for more advanced games.

Might not work with older motherboards
This graphics card is not compatible with the Asus Rog Strix B450 Gaming II motherboard. It causes an intermittent bootup freezing problem. I tried this graphics card on two computers with that motherboard. However, it's compatible with the newer Asus Rog Strix B550 Gaming motherboard. It works with no problems with that motherboard on two other computers of mine. So, I would caution people who have older motherboards to be aware it might cause bootup problems.
