Fast and accurate
I have used a handful of different diagnostic scanning tools of different brands and I can honestly say that this scan tool surpasses all of the other scan tools I have ever tested and personally used. In my opinion this scan tool is faster in diagnosing faults and clearing of fault codes. I was even able to diagnose a fault code on one of my vehicles that I was not able to clear with any of my other diagnostic scanning tools. Such a relief to see no more engine light on my console cluster. This scanning tool is by far more superior and functional than what I have used to and used before. It is also easy to operate and it is user friendly. I am not a full-time mechanic and I work on my own and that of my friend’s vehicles. It has done everything I needed this scanner to perform so far with the best outcome so I have no complaints of how and what to expect from this scanning tool. The fact that it out performs all of my other scanning tools that I have and used before is already a win in my books so far and worth the cost of the scanning tool. I can see that I will save a lot of money by getting accurate diagnostics results with this scanning tool.

For the $500 price mark this thing is bad to the bone!
I've used several different diagnostic tools (other launch), Matco scan tools, Autel and Snap on scan tools professionally before this one, and I can honestly say this device is the BEST I've used so far.First, it's considerably faster at auto detecting VINs if it's available for that vehicle and it has a simple to use interface with a lot of features. Our shop purchased an Autel scanner recently that is roughly $1200 ( not sure the model but it’s a pro scanner) I prefer this android OS interface any day of the week. Much easier to navigate and find what module you need. The live data can be graphed and overlapped for a plethora of things, and recorded while doing so, the full fault scan allows you to go straight into the module you want to access with one button, regardless of whether it has faults or not and the TPMS failure to my surprise is quick and easy to use. One noteworthy thing is that every time I've used TPMS so far, it's required internet access even though I've downloaded all of the manufacturers programs for it already, but it's not a hassle generally. Bi directional controls work quickly and easily, and even the oil life reset is almost always useful as it will tell you how to do it if you can't do it via scan tool, which is awesome. The screen is very sharp and clear perhaps 1080p or a little over, I guess), and since it's running Android, you can access the internet like a normal tablet if you need to Google something. It will offer an internet search of the code fault too after scanning to help you get some information of what you’re dealing with. The fact that the scan tool I used to use from Snap-on was almost 5 grand and was slower and didn't have all the features this one has says a lot, and I like Snap on , Autel for a lot of things, but I'm impressed by the simplicity , the features , the speed and intuitiveness of this scanner. I’d choose this one if you’re a Tech or serious Enthusiast looking to save a dollar , scan like a badass, and use all the automotive pro features they don’t want you to have to be able to diagnose on your own! Oscilloscope, Key Programming, Coding, ADAS calibration, Oil Reset, Steering Angle Sensor and Battery reset to name just a FEW!My only complaint is I wish it was blue tooth but this is minor and I believe you can buy it. I may do that!

Unbelievable value for what this thing can do
I am very happy with this purchase. It does way more than my other more expensive unit and it’s way faster. The touchscreen is very nice. Comes with a nice case and the free updates for a couple years is what sold me.

It works fine, but reacts slowly when selecting options.
It does what I wanted it to do, but it is slower than expected. Be patient and be sure to press each selection firmly. This is not a sensitive screen and it does not react instantly to a selection. Furthermore, if you press a selection, wait for two to three seconds before pressing again. Otherwise, it may make two selections and can cause you to need to start over. This is a real problem when backing out of a menu system. It really needs to beep when the selection is made. Maybe there is a setting. I'll need to research that.I used it on an old Chrysler Town & Country, an old Buick Park Ave, and a new Chrysler Pacifica. It did ask to use AutoAuth on the new Pacifica, but you can still skip by this to do a full diagnostic scan. You will not be able to clear codes or do bi-direction functions though. The scanner found 7 codes on the new Pacifica. (there were no indicators on the dash) I knew that there would be one, but I did not expect to see 7. I was able to fix one of the problems easily. A rescan showed that it was fixed. This scanner digs deep! The scanner found problems with the Town & Country that I knew was there, but it really allowed me to home-in on exactly what the problem was by using bi-directional functions to active things. I was impressed with that. The scanner did not identify any codes on the old Buick when I ran full diagnostics. However, I knew there was a problem with the ABS system, so I pursued testing of the ABS system by running special testing functions. It finally identified the problem with a relay in the ABS control module. This problem has haunted me for years. The problem is, the car is so old I cannot get a replacement ABS Control module and the relay is an IC chip inside the sealed electronic module. In a nutshell, this tool is expensive, but is very functional. I own several cars so it will pay for itself over time. I wish I had it years ago. The problems it identified on the old vehicles are not worth fixing now. The parts will cost more than the vehicles are worth, if I can even get them. One other point... many people cannot get this device to connect to their wireless internet router. This is a problem for people that turn off broadcasting the SSID network name on their router. It took me over an hour to figure out what was happening. The problem was that the screen keyboard was covering up the option to tell the device that I was connecting to a hidden network. If you do not select that option box, you will never connect if you do not broadcast your network name on your router. Therefore, be sure to scroll down so this option pups up past the keyboard so you can see it (if you have a hidden SSID).I bought the scanner that connects with a cable because I wanted a better connection. I still like that. However, when working on a 3rd row electrical seat problem with the T&C, it would have been nice to have the tablet back there. It can take a long time to update the scanner when you first connect it to the internet.
