The dog cave bed is a also known as a nesting bed, excellent for burrowing pets such as Vizslas, GSP's and Terriers. It is designed to make your dog feel safe and comfortable while keeping it warm on the coldest of days. Unlike other cave beds the hood is padded to give extra warmth and help keep its shape longer and the Velcro strips have been replaced with a zip at one side to make it pet safe. Construction:Thick Faux Wool outer material, Sherpa Fleece Interior, Coravin base. Spring-wound poly filled cushion with cedar bits sprinkled in for freshness. The hood contains a piece of tubing for support. Cover is removable and machine washable. The tubing in the hood must be removed before washing and reinserted after it is dried. A warm & happy dog!
We have a Vizsla and with the colder nights coming we wanted a warm bed for him.He loves to borrow under blankets and a cave bed seemed like a good choice.Looking at all of the beds we decided to go with a large bed (45") from Collared Creatures.Our dog loves it and is now a little less inclined to try and get in our bed in the morning.We received some nice emails from the company owners reassuring us about the quality of the materials used to make the bed. The people who designed the beds own and board dogs so I am guessing this helped with the design.On really cold winter nights last year we had to keep the heating at a reasonable level for the dog, but now we have this bed the heating is off!I should add that the packaging was really good as well.

A snug wonderful dog bed
I bought this bed for my rescue whippet. It came well packed. I was not disappointed with this bed. It is fantastic. At first my dog was not sure of the hood on it so i left it down but now she is burrows under it and feels very safe in her bed. I bought the xl but definitely large would have done. I would highly recommend this dog bed.

My boy absolutely loves this, even though he sometimes manages to creep into my bed at night, he doesn't mind being sent away to this.If you love your dog buy them this bed, they deserve the best.

Fabulous snug bed and puppy happy to sleep in it but has loads of growing room
Our pup took to this straight away and happy to move from the puppy crate she'd outgrown into this snug bed. Wonderful design.
