Unreliable Door Lock
Ive had the the lock for 5 months now and very pleased with it, until the lights on the number pad stayed on. The lock would not respond and reading the manual it recommended to take the batteries out. With the door locked, very difficult to do. The only fix is to break door to get in. Shame as I have been pleased with it, until then. A door lock like this must be reliable.
