This is an update to my recent review of which I've changed it to four stars based on the Speedy response from the company who seems to care and also offering two options of resolve including a full refund or replacement of the product. Originally I posted the positives that I like such as the salt rocks they were great quality that come with the product and the concept of a flame look at the top. A follow-up regarding issues I had upon trying the unit is it was a little loud and not sure if the fan is working properly. There is a 5-in Gap at the top and is only using about 3 in of mist not looking like the photos on amazon a full Flame. The one button to control how much comes out apparently doesn't work only one amount coming out of the unit between high or low. Seems to be on the low side. Also the third button to the right apparently not functioning controls the brightness nothing happens when you press it. Disappointed it didn't come with an adequate plug to use with the USB I have to keep it plugged into my computer which means I can only put it in certain areas of the house instead of where I want the company seem to have listened to my suggestion regarding this. Still not happy about having to run my computer when I don't want to. me in case this unit the fan is loud possibly is. Holding the company to the suggestion that you provide the adequate plug for the USB. I don't own one that can be used and plugging it into the computer is inconvenient. I would recommend trying this product in hopes you get a unit that works perfectly knowing and feeling confident that the company would contact you if there are any issues. This is an overall great product that I hope to enjoy one day when these issues have been fixed. I have faith that the company will fix these issues due to the nature of their Speedy response and care for the product in the clients buying them.

First one I got, the flame/mist was only in one corner, but worked fully across the top upon the 4th use, but then by the 5th day, the light started flashing like a fast, strobe light. I exchanged it and on the 2nd unit and the light was fine, however, then it has a bad fan unit that is as loud as a hair dryer. Super annoying, defeating the purpose of relaxation. I won't exchange again. Especially because I have to drive 30 miles away to get to a UPS store to do Amazon exchanges/returns.

I use this essential oil diffuser all the time, especially during my podcast sessions, and it’s amazing. It holds 250ml of water, so I don’t have to refill it often, and the cool mist keeps the air fresh while I work. The 7-color light is perfect for setting the right mood, and the timer and auto-off features make it super easy to use. It’s become a must-have for my home and my creative space.

The diffuser worked great for the first month but then decides if it wants to turn on or off on its own. I user it daily for 4 days during the week and I am unsure if that is why it's glitchy.

I needed a humidifier for my bedroom. I would wake up three or four times a night with a completely dry mouth and chapped lips. I thought this was adorable, so gave it a try. At first, I didn’t understand why it would only last about an hour. It didn’t come with instructions. I went back to Amazon to see if there were instructions and found them. Now I know to press the left symbol three times to get six hours, the middle to keep the light of my choice, or have it change. I’m still confused about the right symbol. The instructions seem to say the same as the middle one. It’s supposed to be a night mode? Anyway, it does nothing when I touch it. But otherwise, it works great. No more dry mouth, and I put a drop or two of lavender oil in it and I’m good to go for the night. ❤️❤️
