Angus Burger Seasoning - 250g

I bought this as part of a collection of flavours. I have made many burgers since and all have been received very well and all commented on the flavour. As such I reordered more as it ran out quite quickly as a result.The only issue I have is that there appear not to be measurements to use per lb/kg and a lot of it is through luck and personal judgement. I understand that each persons tastes are different but a guide should be included to ensure a baseline for flavour (the same should apply with most products).I finely chop onions and saute them with crushed garlic until soft and let them cool. I use 1/2 Kg of mince beef and add the flavouring (about 2-3tbls )to the mince and hand mix well. Add herbs and spices as required and then mix in the onion mixture and leave in fridge over night then press into shape. They are delicious!!

I tried this seasoning before but misread the instructions and had an awful result. After my review I had a lovely man from the company ring me to tell me what I did wrong, so I ordered some more and the results were fantastic. I will continue to use and reorder this seasoning and I will never buy beefburgers again. I highly recommend Tongmaster seasonings and I can't wait to try more of their products. I thank the kind gentleman for taking the time to phone me to explain what I had done wrong first time round otherwise my family would still be eating frozen shop bought burgers. An extra tip, if you make them the night before you are going to cook them the flavours infuse and they taste even better. x😊

Doesn't seem to be as good as the seasoning that came with the press

no more store bought mass produced burgers for us again....made some quarter pounders for the family.... with cheese and garlic....the taste from the seasoning led to an explosion of flavours...made the burgers mince /seasoning/ pinhead gluten free rusk exactlly as suggested by tongmaster....ive never seen the kids so impressed with there food....the burgers were lovely and juicy...now we are all unable to move were so stuffed...no pictures...was last thing on my mind...lol...maybe next time....highly recommended....ive added more seasonings to my wishlist....i will be back for more for definite....ps: filled mason jar up with seasoning....airtight...

Really liked this product, but I thought a bit stronger flavouring was needed. Rest of family liked it.

my boys love this seasoning makes the burgers very tasty no extra salt needed, you must make the burgers some hours before to get the full benifit of the flavour

Quite nice - make sure not to overdo it otherwise it will overwhelm the burgers, but generally adds a really nice taste.
