Valentia Organic Rose Water Toner Spray 4 Ounce

Just for background info, I ordered this in the middle of the winter and put it in the fridge the second it arrived, so it was never left out in a warm environment. The first bottle I got worked wonderfully until less then a month after I got it, when it went bad overnight--it smelled so sour and disgusting that it turned my stomach. I reached out to customer service, who sent me a replacement immediately, which was nice. However, that bottle was sour and spoiled when I opened it, so I had to throw it out too. I think it's because this company doesn't use any preservatives which leaves room for all kinds of bacteria to grow and increases the odds of the product spoiling. I was very disappointed, but I'm giving it two stars since the customer service was great.UPDATE:Valentia reached out to me apologizing, and offered to send my a bottle from a different facility. The new bottle seems to be okay, and I haven't had problems since. Their customer service is absolutely top notch and this product is amazing too. I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4, and the only reason it's not a 5 is because the lack of a preservative in a water based solution is still very concerning to me since I'm putting this product near my eyes and mouth.

This toner spray has a pretty strong smell when sprayed, however, once it settles on the skin, it lightens and smells heavenly. This is my first rose water toner spray, so I have nothing to compare it to. I bought it for some dry patches on my face. I will update in 2 weeks after I've given it a chance to work. So far, i love it.Update 2/12/18 - I've only been using the spray for a few days but it has cleared up acne on my chin, red/dry spots on my face that I've not been able to get rid of previously. I have combination skin, so I get really oily skin, and then usually develop small dry patches on my cheeks and forehead. After 3 months of dealing with them, they are now completely gone.Really happy with this stuff, and will be buying again in the future.

For year's I used Alteya rose water and than switched to teddies. Teddies was out of stock so I ordered this instead. This rose water is high quality and feels good after it dries. The sprayer is perfect unlike teddies spray bottle. This doesn't have a strong overpowering rose scent like some do. Sometimes that can be nauseating. Overall good product and I'm happy with the purchase.

I cannot tell you how awesome this product is. My sensitive skin is happy and more radiant after using this :) I put it in the fridge and give my face a few puffs in the morning and before bed. It smells amazing and my skin is happy!Edit 04/17/19 I hate having to say this but I cannot use this product any longer. From other reviews I put it in the fridge to keep it from going off but I waited awhile and it has gone off and my face was a mess for a few days until I stopped using it.I use many products so I did the thing where you remove one for a few days ect and sadly this one was the problem.Originally I didn't put it in the fridge and all was well. The smell was amazing, light but not oppressive and my skin seemed to be hydrated and happy.I did notice a slight change in the scent after about a month after I bought it. I did keep it in the bathroom which I realize now was a big mistake. Too warm and humid.I will buy this again but will keep it in the fridge right away.I hope that the creators will include this in the directions.

I love this toner!!! I heard about using Rose Water as a toner from a friend and decided to give it a try. While there are many different brands on the market, I purchased this one because I read about the company and love that they use pure ingredients and support the Change for Women Collective and are supporting many great non-profits. Still I wasn't sure if this product would be the right one for my skin. Since beginning to use it I have seen a huge difference in my skin. I have always been prone to redness and acne but since using this product I have seen my pore size decrease and my skin looking more radiant than ever. Since I have more hormonal acne, most topical skin products do not really make a difference with my skin. However, I have noticed that this product has decreased the size and appearance of my breakouts. It does not dry out your skin and smells fantastic. I am extremely happy with my purchase and this company and will definitely be a repeat buyer! I use this product in combination with the Valentia Rosehip oil which is another fantastic product. I just purchased the Argan oil and can't wait to try that too :)

This is my first time to try a rose water toner so I can't compare it to other brands. However, I did love this product. It is very light and refreshing. The mild rose scent is also very inviting. I'm not a big rose scent person so if you are not into strong fragrances, this is a nice alternative.I use it after cleansing and it gives a smooth start for other products. During the day, if my skin feels dry, I spray it on my face. I like that it absorbs easily and doesn't irritate my skin which most toners tend to do. It refreshes but doesn't dry the skin.

This is wonderful! I have always been told by my grandmother and aunt to use rose water on my face every night. I finally tried this and it is lovely. It provides moisture without the oils. The fragrances is also amazing. It truly is just roses and water in the ingredients. I wear this both in the morning and evening, under makeup and before bed. I haven't had any oil OR drying issues.

This stuff smells heavenly and feels wonderful to spray on your face. I don't really know if my skin is benefiting from this or not, but it smells and feels so good to spray on that I will keep on using it and get it again when I run out. I spray this on my skin after using a face mask to act as a toner, after putting makeup on to act as a setter, and throughout the day while I'm at work to freshen and liven up my skin. Highly recommended!
