chime good, switch bad
had this for 9 months. the chime was good, the range good and it looked pretty good too. the bad side is that the button press is flimsy and won't last, the button failed for me a week ago and now it's useless. if you get a lot of people coming to your door i suggest getting something much more sturdy!

Works well with both units placed 10 metres from button unit. Only word of warning if you have a black door &/or frame where mounting the button unit then a few people have said it is hard to see, especially at night. The blue light only comes on AFTER pressing the button. Presumably can order a white version if a worry.

Very poor design and apparently non-returnable
Unfortunately the return window is very short on this poorly designed doorbell. The button gets stuck in when pressed which causes the batteries to run down quickly so the doorbell rarely works. Very poor design and apparently non-returnable. A shocking waste of plastic and resources which is a shame, as for the short period when it did work it was nice and loud.

Poor quality and rubbish warranty avoid and go for another brand with a decent warranty.
its great for the first month then randomly stops working now it is dead, the return window is next to nothing and no guarantee which should be enough to have stopped me buying it, alas i was in a hurry and bought this poorly designed wireless door bell, my advice is go a little more expensive for the warranty and return.

Such a rubbish door bell this is.
Very poor quality - the push button constantly gets stuck after every few days, so in order to make it work, i have to open the cover and put it back on. Yet, after a few days, it gets stuck once again!!Do not waste money on this.

Very pleased.
It worked straight out of the box, the ring tones are easy to change and now with two mains plug in "ringers" I can be anywhere in the house and still hear someone at the door.Now two months latter stopped working, changed battery still not working, who do I contact to obtain another transmitter?
