The Easy Acid Reflux Cookbook: Comforting 30-Minute Recipes to Soothe GERD & LPR Paperback – 21 April 2017

I really like the recipes in the book. I don't like cooking so the fact that every meal takes no more than 30 minutes to cook is a life saver. I'm so happy with the book. I highly recommend this book that will definitely help you manage GERD.

This is a handy book if you suffer from reflux as I do. Good recipes and advice. American measures though in cups. No pictures either but overall the recipes I’ve used so far have been really nice ..

I did not find this recipe book easy to use. The reason being that it is written by an American author who talks about several foods items and cooking expressions, ie 'broiling' which are not familiar to a reader from the UK...

Excellent book. Wtitten in a simple way making my new journey doable. My 8 year old daughter was just diagnosed with GERD. I was completely lost in what can I feed her. This book is an absolute saviour! The recipes are simple, doable and tasty!

An easy to read book which I have found very helpful trying to find foods which I can eat without discomfort. Good for dipping in and out of. Helpful recipes.

Book is good , would have liked pictures of the food to go with the recipe as you don’t really l ow what you are aiming for ! Pit together for an American audience but the recipes are easy to work with and most of the ingredients are available on the UKIt has made a positive difference to my symptoms and I would recommend it to anyone

Most of the information and recipes you could find with a Google search.The recipes aren't great and targeted towards an American audience.I bought it because I thought it would give my wife more information on how to manage acid reflux but it was a waste.

This didn’t suit me. Maybe should have read upabout it more before ordering.Couldn’t get a lot of ingredients in the UK orunderstand the termanology so returned itand bought another from Amazon.
