Shipping was very late. Looks to be good quality.
I purchased this for a trip to the desert. It did not ship on time and there was no communication from the company. I had to go without any recovery rope, as I had already spent the money for this one. The rope arrived today after I got back. The rope looks to be good quality and the soft shackles appear to be well-made. My rating would be higher if they emailed and worked with me.

Good rope for the price
The elastic rope works like a dream pulling people who are bogged down. I used it in the snow and it did the job & held up nicely. The stretch on it made the pull comfortable. Only gripe is about the soft shackle being a bit small which makes getting it around different spots a bit difficult, but it cant be beat for the price I paid. Overall I am very satisfied
