My family has been working out and was wanting a good jump rope to help aide us in our workout routine. I ordered the black rope but you can choose from several different colors. This is a thin rope which makes it lightweight and easier to use for workouts then a regular jump rope. I really like that the rope adjusts that way we can all use it without any problems. My tallest son is 6 ft and I am 5 ft 3 in. so it being able to adjust is a huge plus for our family. I also really like the fact that is can roll up small enough that we can stick it in a bag and take it with us if we go stay the night somewhere so we won't miss out on our workouts.
