Valterra 3" Stainless Steel RV Waste Dump Gate Valve w/Cap (1)

We have 2 black & 2 gray tanks. If any of the 4 valves had a small leak, then when I open the sewer cap, out comes some nastiness. This gives a final stopping point, and can easily be kept clean so it won't leak.Previously, I had a similar Valterra valve but with the bayonet fitting. On my previous camping trip, it loosened and fell off during travel. This one won't: Used sawzall to cut off the original cap, cleaned and chamfered the edges, and glued permamently.

These worked great for my rv. Very quick install. Would by again.

This valve is made to connect to rigid plastic pipe on one side and RV type dump hose on the other. It is a good valve, but not what I needed. My mistake.

As advertised - very satisfied

Product was delivered next day. It was exactly what I needed EXCEPT it is meant to be glued onto the drain pipe instead of twisting on. This needs to be in the heading for the product to help the buyer make the right choice. It is specified in the details, but who reads those? Luckily it is easy to return and I will order the correct product (after reading the details this time)

Works as expected. Adapted this to a 55 gallon drum for moving gray water and it works like a charm.

I've been using this valve for a while, and it works flawlessly. The stainless steel construction is sturdy, and the cap seals perfectly, preventing leaks. Installation was quick, and it's been holding up well on my RV. Very satisfied with the performance and quality!
