Customer service is exceptional. After writing a 3-star review, they reached out and offered a full refund and asked for further feedback. I did not accept a refund as some products just don't work in certain environments and taking money from a company, after using a product, doesn't sit well with me.If you have hardwood floors its noisy but it works. It was smaller than expected and battery dies pretty fast even if you don’t use it often.

The physics of it just doesn't allow it to move on the flatest of area rugs. On a hardwood floor it's amazing. Random action, rechargeable, shuts itself off after an interval and the attachments adds interest. Highly recommended, just not for carpet/rugs.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt obligated to tell my story and to give credit to this brand's customer service.I was looking for something that was touch activated, or at least had some type of "on/off" timer, as my cat plays A LOT and kept bugging to me to play, but sometimes I need to do other stuff in life. There aren't many options that fall into this category. I purchased this toy with the automatic laser toy and my cat was immediately hooked- I put it in a plastic bag with some other toys that squeak/chirp when moved, and put that bag in the path of the laser circle. Success!All was great, but about 30 days after use, the ball seemed to by dying and the motion was not as vibrant as day 1- my cat, Eddie, knew something was wrong and began bugging me again. I reached out to their customer service department to share videos of what I was experiencing and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They immediately sent a replacement toy with packaging/shipping label to return the other device.Eddie is back to entertaining himself and I have regained a portion of my sanity once more! I would definitely recommend this if you have a cat that plays a bit rough or needs to physically catch/chase something. I don't have any pictures of him playing with the toy, but I have attached a photo of the aftermath with Eddie in the middle of what looks like a crime scene- the toy in reference is in the black bag.

This is a great little cat toy. My kitties find it very entertaining and it's fun for me to watch them playing with it. Also, it's a great buy for the money. It's one of the hits in the hit or miss category of cat toys that I've bought for my fur babies.

Just got mine and it pretty much only rolls on hard wood or tile. Also much smaller than I thought it would be. Unfortunately my condo is all carpet besides the kitchen and bathrooms. The bright flashing light on it is a bit much and kind of obnoxious, but as long as I keep it in the kitchen the kitties are intrigued. It gets a 5/10 for me, still on the search for the perfect cat toy…

Product was never able to charge. I have found one robot mouse that charges by petlibro, but all of the balls either come unable to charge or break quickly. This one came broken from the start. I did get a refund from the seller but it doesn’t mean that the product is worth buying.

The ball works with no problems. My cat is interested, but not as much as I expected, however that's just my cat (she's a scaredy Cat). Others would likely go crazy for it. I like that it goes to sleep after a while then wakes up intermittently. That way the battery stays charged longer.
