I have a reasonable ear canal on my right ear and a small one on my left. Earbuds don’t always fall out; they fly out. Before I could get these I'd sometimes use medical tape to keep them in. 🙄 I've replaced a lot of left side earbud tips and some right with these smaller ones, enough so I'm reordering.ITA they can be annoying to get on and I've had to do a fair amount of pruning and smoothing to get a good fit. It helps to compare basics like the stem and earbud tip length before even starting to install so you can carefully trim with a fresh X-acto blade or appropriate small sharp scissors.Do a reality test before you buy. Do these look like they fit ÀirPods? So don't order them. Even if you do don't blame the seller/product by giving it 1 star and foolishly, rudely and inappropriately demanding no one else buy their mistake.

Everyone hated on the tips that came with the Salnotes IEM's, but I actually found I loved the sound and fit of the yellow pair; even more than my SpinFit CP145's.Super firm, smooth texture makes them very comfortable but not the stickiest, but I've never had issues with them falling out anyway. Narrow bore helps lean IEM's have just a bit more oomph. And a little more than a dollar per pair is NOT bad at all.

If you're active, you'll need them. Air pods fall out of my ears - too expensive to lose. These are perfect for my Sony 310 wireless earbuds. I love these!

They are the size under what you normally get.

The first pair I put on (first week of September 2021) have gotten so loose they fall off at the slightest jostling. I don't even use my Beats every day (not even close). I lost the tips yesterday, found them and then lost one again today. I replaced them with a fresh set tonight (Feb 2, 2022) and we'll have to see how long they last. Hopefully at least a little longer.Update 5/6/2022: The left one fell off this morning. It was around my neck while I was driving (it probably rubbed against the seatbelt).Update 6/17/22: They kept falling off and then I lost one today (and then later the other) so I've had to put on a new set. Again. I even put some glue on them and that didn't help.

I finally found ear tips small enough for my ears that don't fall out because they're too big. These are absolutely perfect.

I used these on Okeefe K23 earbuds, which came with three sizes of ear tips, but all were too large for my ear canals. These "extra small" fit on the earbuds perfectly, and are just right for my ear canals.

I've never understood the addition of the silicone ear tips on headphones, in large part to the fact that even the smallest ones hurt my ear after only a half hour in. So of course, when I found these to use with my Skullcandy headphones, I had to at least try them out before resigning myself to always adjusting them. And to my relief, they don't hurt my ears at all! There is no pressure, but I do have to be careful when wiping them off because they like to pop off the headphones.
