Nduja Spicy Spreadable Salami In Jar, 180G

This ingredient tends only to be appreciated by those in the know. More people should know about it! One of its virtues is that, as a spreadable paste, it can be dabbed on the surface of a pizza, which is how I first had it. Because it spreads, you can use a little or a lot, so you can give a big boost or a subtle hint, harder to do with a slicing ingredient. It goes a long way and is a real 'secret ingredient' for a versatile cook. Delicious!

Nicely spicy and a well balanced flavour, it makes brilliant bruschetta. As others have said it is a bit on the pricey side, but better flavour than others I have tried.

Not hot enough , thought it would be spicier

I bought this to go on top of home made pizzas for our ooni pizza oven and it is fantastic. Expensive but you don’t need much and it keeps for ages.

I usually really like this product BUT the jar had leaked oil and the top was popped in the middle .. very disappointed

But much tastier. I use this on my home made pizzas and it rocks. Not too hot, and very nice texture.

I bought this to use in a Marcus Wareing recipe as it had proved impossible to find locally. All I can say is: Wow! Seriously delicious.

Paid over £13 for this item only for an advert to come on my phone next day for same product £8.Very annoyed.
