Service Ideas SI2LITCL Pitcher with Lid, 2 L, Clear

The title specifically says pitcher with lid, however a lid did not come with the pitcher. I only received the pitcher and I was then questioning what the “with lid” part was all about. The lid is the essence of the pitcher; it keeps it fresh. Also, with no lid you never know what might fall into the pitcher; it is not complying with the health code, I might add. I am now being sent a replacement, “pitcher with lid” but no assistance with a discount or anything was permitted for the inconvenience of the process. I mean, the pitcher is cool and all, seems legit, just needs the lid to make it complete. That’s all.
