Quay Traders Mixed Sea Shells in Abaca Bag - 350 Grams (4044A)

Lovely shells, medium size. Variety of colours and shapes. One of them came a bit broken as you can see in the pic ( the orange one on the left), but nevertheless still giving 5 stars as they are beautiful and have a variety of sizes and colours, lovely!

Decent mixed number of medium to larger sized shells, some very pretty with a nice display of nacre on their interior.Do be careful though and check the bag carefully before opening it and take care. One of the shells I received was broken (possibly in transit) the edge was very sharp and opening up the bag I scratched myself on it. Only a slight scratch with a very little blood but I think worth referencing from a safety perspective.Pleased with quality of shells and nice little bag that secures them.

Great colours and variety

I purchased these for explorative use in children's mud kitchen play. They are a good size for children to handle and none were chipped or broken.

Purchased to use as part of small world play set ups for my daughter. They are absolutely great. You get a nice selection of decent sized shells and they all arrived intact bar one, which just had a small chip. She loves listening to the ocean with them, and replaying The Snail and the Whale story with her Schleich whale! They’ve also faired well against shaving foam and water with blue food colouring in it.

A lovely idea but as soon as I opened the package pieces of broken shell fell out - the shells were just wrapped in newspaper, which I don't think protected them enough in transit. Broken shells with sharp, jagged edges are not exactly suitable for a baby or toddler (the reason I bought them).
