Rather than taking things out of microwave with a towel, this is very convenient and easy to use and clean. Very pleased with the purchase.

I leave the large pad in the microwave at all times. It serves as a sound buffer so that dishes don’t clank when placed on the tray. When I want to remove a heated dish it is instantly a potholder. The large pad is most useful but the smaller one can double as a trivet to hold hot dishes on the table. They would work great as coasters to prevent water marks on furniture. Be creative!

I was delighted on the weight of the Safe Grabs. They were not flimsy and easy to hold the items I am taking out of the microwave.

I bought this first to help with spill cleanups, but my favorite part is no more clinking glass. Putting a mug or glass bowl in the microwave I try to be super careful not to set it down too hard. This is a nice cushion for that. It has a slight raised edge so boil overs don’t overrun the base. And if the bowl is large or too hot or a bit slippery, just use the mat to remove it, perfect.I’ve even gifted a set to my daughter.Worth the price.
