Works well removing scratched from car finish. Restored my paint around the door handles.

It just plain didn’t work at all on a dark blue car

The kit is user-friendly, and the buffer included is handy. However, results may vary, and deeper scratches may not be completely eliminated. It's a reasonable option for light surface imperfections but might not be a miracle solution for more significant damage.

Carfidant Scratch and Swirl Remover is good for light scratches and scuff marks but not deep, wide nor long.For the price point I expected much better. Sure, comes as a 2-pack with sponges but I can get brand name scratch remover with same results much cheaper.I will continue to use it and at least get some of the easier scuff marks out.

Okay, so when trying this stuff out, I have to admit, I saw a difference in the scratches. The proof is in the pictures attached to this review. Let me just say this is not a one all cure miracle worker for scratches because I had one scratch particularly, and while this stuff was able to minimize the overall look, it did not make it go away. I still saw it. But ALL of my small little scratches, they completely went away seems like. This stuff is amazing to say the least!! Definitely worth it!

The day-to-day use of any vehicle will subject it to numerous sources that could scratch or mar the paint. Luckily with today’s vehicles most this light damage is to the clearcoat on top of the colored paint. We have a black motorcycle that very easily will show these scratches, try as I might to protect its finish. The Carfidant Scratch and Swirl Remover does an excellent job of removing these scratches. Every car can benefit from this light compound, not just dark ones. Tale a look around your door handles, reflect a light off the larger panels on your vehicle and you will see the tiny lines produced by fingernails, gloves, packages, and even automatic car washes, that Carfidant can erase. An excellent product to have around.

I had a long stretch of dog nail scratches on my convertible when the roof was down as well as another dog that ran up to our car and jumped up and scratched it. The scratchers were pretty superficial and affected the clear coat with just a light scratch of paint. It worked pretty well and made them barely noticeable unless you are looking up close for them.The deeper scratches were unaffected with this product, not even a little bit better.I've used acetone to do the same thing in the past so not sure I'd buy this product again except it's quite easy to apply and a bit less intimidating than acetone if you don't know how to use it.Easy to apply, much like wax, but doesn't leave a shine like wax, just mutes the scratches.

We have been feeding a couple of stray dogs that someone put out. They get very excited when I pull up and have jumped on my vehicle several times. I came across this and thought I would try it. It works very good on the lighter scratches. The deeper scratches is didn't work on. I'm not disappointed in the product because it did fix a lot of them.
