Not expensive but quality

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughters 6 & 2, of course due to the cold winter we just put it up this week. I am one that never complains and fully understand that it had a 90 day warranty, but under the circumstances I am positive that everyone would agree with me that sometimes wrongs need to be rectified even if it's a little late. We put this up and literally the 2nd day the entire side bent down/collapsed and my Granddaughter fell off, hit her head on the chair used to climb on it and got hurt. I've owned 6 trampolines in my life, for I have 2 daughters and purchased them new ones through the years and never did I see something like this occur! All around it looks cheap, which i immediately noticed, from the blue spring cover that looks and feels like tras bag material, the thin frail net, strap at the entrance of the net which is dangerous as well, to the "metal" pole surround bending like aluminum foil this trampoline is the most pathetic and cheaply made item I've ever seen! The abhorrent part is that the supplier is ok knowing these are generally purchased for children and they are death traps! My granddaughter got hurt, the next child or person in general could break their neck and to this they replied " your 90 days is up, you will get no refund, replacement parts or full replacement ". I'm livid that they are ok with this! If it were my product I would be horrified and do anything to rectify the situation, whether I put it up in December or March the trampoline is faulty and dangerous and their customers getting hurt should be priority over a few days out of warranty!

I bought this trampoline for my backyard now that it is springtime. It arrived earlier than expected.I opened the box (that came damaged, but all the pieces were inside and fine) and unpacked everything. The assembly was easy enough for me to do by myself. Another person would be recommended.The instructions were good but needed to be better. For example, when installing the legs does not say to make sure the holes are COMPLETLY facing outwards otherwise, the pole for the net cannot fit.I had difficulty installing the tight netting, and getting the hooks to the springs was extremely hard, and one or two of the hooks snapped.Once it was up and everything was ready to go, I had the pleasure of watching my kids have a blast, making all my frustration disappear...The zipper is still hard to close.

The trampoline is nice and pretty easy to put together. I wish I read the description better because the 10ft doesn’t come with a ladder. Other than that it’s really nice and perfect for my 2 year old. Definitely would recommend for others to buy! And it came a week earlier than expected.

The media could not be loaded. My grandsons absolutely loves their new trampoline! It's well-made, safe, and provides endless fun and exercise. Watching them jump and laugh is pure joy. Highly recommended for any family looking for outdoor fun!

Tear in the box when delivered and missing washers, some bolts and nuts we had to improvise. The 10’ one doesn’t come with the ladder steps and the net was difficult to put on with the pole noodle paddings. Other than that seems to be doing good!
