Wife loved this unit from day one but had an issue later but their customer service was prompt to get us taken care of.Sure wish all co’s had a responsive cust Serv dept like them.Wife loves the way it works to provide aroma and I love the way the light works for those late night runs.Great product and highly recommend.

The night light only stays on for one minute. It sprays sometime and sometimes it doesn’t. When it does spray I don’t smell anything. This has to be a joke. Don’t wast your money. Ok I jumped the gun. The night light has a motion detector and when it detects movement it comes on and it does. I also had to readjust the machine and now it sprays into the water when you sit and I smell the fragrance and not the other. So it actually WORKS!

Kinda of large for what it does. It does work by adding an oil layer on the surface of the water. Smell is pleasant and not overpowering. The night light feature is okay. Could be brighter in my opinion. I would buy again😉

I received this product on September 11th and installed it the same day. I also purchased a refill cartridge. It worked for the first few days, then it started spraying at all times during the day while no one was even in the bathroom. Today is September 26th and I had to install the new cartridge as the old one was empty. I did not get 3+ months use nor did it spray over 400 sprays during this time. I wanted to like this product but it did not work very well. The one compliment I can say is that the lilac fragrance is very nice for a bathroom. The cost for the two items was $58.00 which is way too much for this product in my opinion. I will not return as I have discarded all packaging and would not recommend at all.

My wife and I would love this, but it's not working properly. The light works fine, and the spray is nice enough to give a pleasant scent in the bathroom, but it sprays on it's own when set to auto, when it is only supposed to spray when one sits down. We can hear it spray from another room while on auto and it may not even spray, you just hear to sound of the spray. So we have to set it to manual, and it takes sometimes 5 presses on the button to get it to spray. We did not want to give it a poor rating, as when we get it to spray, it's very nice, but we would like to keep it set to auto and we can't do that. We were hoping the company would replace it.

It's an awesome must have product, to have in your bathroom, specially when you have guests coming over. Because you don't have to worry about your restroom being smelly or anything. I love the night light too! Customer service is great too! I called them because I wasn't sure if my product had leaked, but they patiently explained to me why it comes like that.

Item is okay but it doesn't have the ability to refill. So it will get pricey to buy cartridges
