This is my 3rd night splint for plantar fasciitis and it’s the best so far. The fact that it has the metal under the foot to keep you from bending your foot in your sleep is far superior to the elastic versions. I sleep on my stomach most of the time, and those kind couldn’t keep me from pointing my foot. This one does. I took off a star because I had to remove the elastic wrap from a previous splint to wrap around my ankle/calf to get it to stay in place, otherwise my foot just slipped right out (I have small size 5 feet).

This splint keeps my foot at a 90 degree angle making sure my muscles stretches and allows for healing in my foot. I wear it to bed but I also wear it when I’m relaxing watching a movie. The more I use a splint the better off my plantar fasciitis is - also important to do stretches and foot strengthening exercises.

This is a great brace for those suffering from plantar fasciitis or if you are having pain and tightness along the bottom of your foot from walking. I wore it for 6 weeks and within 2 my pain was alleviated. I continued to wear it to give my plantar fascia some stretch and TLC! Works great as expected and is more comfortable than others on the market!

These boots work! I was going to buy a pair at my local convenience store, but they were $49 each! Decided to give these a try due to the good reviews. Wow am I glad I did, this helped my plantar fasciitis tremendously. Use for the first week for about an hour a night, then switched to 5 hours a night, now I’m at about 8 hours a night. Night and day difference from a few weeks ago. A friend used a similar boot and was actually cured from PF. A big win for me, and a great company! Thanks!

I wore this all night the first day I received it. Then, when I work up, I was able to step withOUT heel pain for the first time in two weeks. Talk about instant relief! I have worn it for four nights now, and will continue wearing it at night for awhile because by the end of each day my plantar fasciitis has been flaring up again. This is a wonderful device and I highly recommend it. The only challenge was putting it together at first - the instructions could be a little clearer.
