There are some unused pins that may cause your drives to not function (they won't break or anything, just won't turn on). I had to remove the pins before my drives would work. IDK if the pins are sometimes used, but it might be nice to include some instructions or a notice about it.Been using 2 of these in my pc for the past 6 month. My PC case is able to close because of them, and there have been no failures.

Used on a 12tb HGST Drive - PERFECT!
I just installed this on a 12tb HGST SAS drive. Works perfectly! Now operating in an UNRAID box at around 240mb/sec. Definitely does what it says it does, at least on that drive anyway.

sas to sata, does not power on the drive
This adapter does not send power to the drive. I would not recommend.

Bought because I broke sata power. 90 puts connection towards top of drive. The connection is fairly snug even with the damaged to drive.
