It was OK for the price.

Bi-pap headgear
The material is this and velcro seems strong. Nonetheless, this headgear is comfortable but could not stand up to the level of pressure pushed out of my bi-pap.

Not worth it
Don't buy this. It started falling apart before I could get it totally on my mask. The fabric separated from the foam and is fraying already. Won't last long, but hopefully will last until I buy another one from someone else.
