Surprisingly good!
********UPDATE********The knife blade is pretty dull. It cuts through packing tape ok but definitely needs honing. But $20!********Original post:I was a Leatherman snob until the last Wave Plus I bought, which revealed a marked decline in their previously first-rate quality control. This Chinesium "Perwin" tool cost less than $20, so my expectations were pretty low. Surprisingly, it appears to be the equal of the U.S. made Leatherman in every respect - except for the pliers which are much BETTER than the Leatherman (smooth operation, no friction, no slop - Leatherman used to be perfect, new ones are very tight, require force to open, totally lack feel).I haven't used this tool much yet so I can't really speak to it's quality or durability. But for $20.... it has to screw up pretty badly for me to complain. So far so good.I saw one reviewer with a tool that was misaligned when folded. Mine aligns correctly. Another reviewer noticed the tool is a very sloppy fit in the sheath. Mine fits just right in its sheath (although the belt strap on the sheath doesn't look very robust, and the snap is too strong. But again - $20!). So quality control is uneven. I may have gotten lucky with mine.So you aren't risking much buying this tool, though I'm a little sad that a cheap Chinese tool outperforms a premium (once upon a time, anyway) American product that costs 8X more.

GREAT TOOL, FAIR PRICE, QUALITY WELL MADE PRODUCT
JUST RECEIVED THE PERWIN 22 IN 1. THIS ITEM IS WELL MADE AND WELL FINISHED. I WOULD COMPARE IT TO A MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE MULTI TOOL. ALL TOOLS WORK WELL, THE KNIFE BLADE IS SHARP. OPENING AND CLOSING THE UNIT IS SMOOTH AND STEADY. THE ITEMS LOCK INTO PLACE AND NOTHING IS LOOSE OR RATTLES. THE DIAMOND COATED FILE WORKS GREAT. THE CASE HAS TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF BELTLOOPS. ONE - THE BELT GOES THROUGH THE LOOP, THE OTHER IS PLACED OVER AND CLIPS ON THE BELT. THE UNIT ALSO HAS AN ATTACHED METAL POCKET CLIP WHICH IS REMOVABLE. I REALLY LIKE HOW THE BLADE CAN BE OPENED WITH ONE HAND AND WITHOUT HAVING TO OPEN THE TOOL ITSELF. THE TEETH ON THE PLIERS MATCH UP WELL ALSO. FOR ME, THE UNIT IS A BIT LARGE FOR INSIDE POCKET CARRY, BUT GREAT FOR USING THE BELT CASE OR TO KEEP IN THE TRUCK. I AM GOING TO SEE IF PERWIN ALSO SELLS A BIT SMALLER UNIT TO CARRY IN THE POCKET, AS I FEEL THEY CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT. THANKS PERWIN FOR AN ITEM WELL DONE.

Five stars as an extra to keep hanging handy!
Looping a keyring through the (unusual) sheath clip lets me hang this thing inside the open sheath handy near me in the cab of my van - easy to grab, harder to forget all about it. More than enough Value for the ridiculously cheap price I paid is my top goal, over utility and build quality, but I still hope for enough usefulness to matter over the long (or shorter) run. The design seems the typical mix of (wow!) ingenious, (hmm...) so-so, and (huh?!?) absurd that I've gotten used to over years of buying cheapo (loaded to minimalist) multitools on purpose, most of which actually have surprised me on the plus side. Overall the feel is (necessarily?) somewhat awkward due to cramming in so many tools, but all do function okay or better.

Great tool!
I lost my Gerber last week. I had it from when I joined the army until I retired. I was going to purchase another one but they are quite expensive! However, I found this one and it awesome! Has so many functions that I probably won't use but it's good to have them. It fits perfectly in my purse. It is a little heavy but the design of it is compact so the weight and size equals out! It's made of durable steel! I'm happy with my purchase! The only thing I'm not happy about is that the pliers part doesn't open wide like my last one. You could open it all the way that it would straight out like a line! Anyway, I'm an outdoor person that will put it to good use! Hopefully it holds up!

Looks, feels and functions like a much more expensive tool
This was a gift for my husband. When asked to guess the value of this tool he assumed it to be at least $80 and it easily could be. We had looked at quite some different brands in various stores and nothing came even close to this.First I didn't trust it would be any good for this price but after reading the reviews I ordered it.Great item, comes with a belt clip AND with a really well made belt pouch as well. Sturdy quality and the blades lock properly which is an important safety measure. Great functionality and we bring it to all our daily excursions (hiking, biking)

Perhaps one of the BEST multi-tools for the money
I'm impressed with the design, build quality, and ease of use of this well-constructed tool. It has every tool that I'll ever need when out and about. A great tool for camping. The individual tools lock with a secure click, and they unlock easily to stow them away. The tool uses good quality stainless steel. The pivots exhibit no excess play, although they were a little stiff initially. Some light machine oil cured that. At a little more than half the cost of Harbor Freight's Gordon multi-tool ($40), and a fraction of the price of a comparable Leatherman, this Perwin 22-in-one multi-tool looks like a bargain. I liked it so much that I bought a second one to keep in the glove box.

It is solid for a multitool
This thing is top of the line for a multitool, and I've owned many. We will see how it holds up.
