We’ve used this to hang my son’s very heavy punch bag in his room. It done the job and we’ve no worry about it falling down. We wanted a second one, but they were sold out so we had to choose a different product and it’s definitely not as good. Would recommend!

Came with everything needed, sturdy. Holds a 20+kg heavy pinch bag with no issues

This Bracket seems sturdy enough and i like that it has a Pivot and rotate feature so the punch bag has full range of movement.i have fitted a small probably 6 or 7 kg light punch bag for my young son to practice Although i thing this would easily support a heavier Bag as it comes with a selection of 60 mm coach bolts and or Masonry fittings 4 of Each .,Already told my Lad its not a swing but if he did swing from it i have confidence he will be fine

Haven't installed it yet so can't comment about 'in use'. Still need to get a steel drill bit and bolts to fix through the flange of an RSJ in garage but appears well made. Once loaded will be able to form a better judgement
