Nice little unit, better for desks not rooms
Nice compact portable unit, doesn’t have a ton of output though, even right next to my bed. Up close you can feel the cool air especially if you load it up with ice but you have to put your hand right up against it. Better suited for a desk. Was really hoping this could be the primary unit in my bedroom but I still have the ceiling and box fan going. I live on the 2nd floor in my Alaska apartment and it’s 70 degrees out but feels like 90-95 in my apartment due to the angle of the AK sun (not to mention it is the land of the midnight sun plus AK homes aren’t designed for airflow and most don’t have air conditioning like the lower 48). Would I buy again? Let’s just say my $20 box fan is giving me more relief than the $55 I spent on this unit. Sigh.

The honest review you’re looking for.
Is it terrible? No.Does it actually cool your room? Not really. It’s a moisture fan, that’s it. No revolutionary technology, it’s just a mist defuser in front of a fan. I keep it next to my bed and the nice part is it doesn’t make me feel dried out when I wake up in the morning. The real part that was annoying is the first one they sent me was broken and it cost me 3$ to ship it back because it has a built in lithium battery and you cant ship those for free with UPS.So in the end, it’s a nice little fan that doesn’t make your throat dry if you sleep with it on.But if you’re looking to get actual AC from this device, you will be disappointed. If you want real AC spend the extra 100$ for a real window unit.

I do like the remote
Having a remote really does come in handy. And it works!! Which is more than I can say for some others. Having said that though, the remote is about all I like. For the price and size you expect more air. What you get on higher speeds is mainly more noise. Does the ice cool the air? Honestly, I can't say that it does. At all. Others will differ. Here's the thing--I use more than one fan so I can keep the thermostat set higher in summer. And those fans do not always work in synchronicity. If I was getting cool air from this fan, I might not know it. So take that as a caveat. But don't think you're getting a little AC with this thing because it's far from that. But for some it might be worth it for the remote. You decide.

Misters stop working frequently
I am on my 2nd one now (returned 1st one) and am torn as to whether I want to give it one more try or just get a refund and get a different air cooler. With both units the first 4-6 days they were amazing. The misters ran constantly and it truly produced cold air. But as time passes the misters work less and less frequently and without the cooling mist it is basically just a small fan. Also the water resevoir needs to be bigger, think it's only around 400 ml. When misters are working constantly it needs to be refilled every 1-2 hours.

Not what expected, but it works
I bought this because we have a lot of outside events, with the expectation of the device producing really cold to cool air. I charged it and put the water in it as directed. Then went into my hot garage to test how cool the air would be. In all honesty, I felt coolish air coming out, but it wasn't what I expected. Also, the remote control doesn't seem to work properly. When I press certain buttons, nothing happens. I may need to send the entire system back to get a working remote. Overall, the unit works, but not not worth the money.

Adequate. Better than nuthin but not 'really' effective.
It's really just a fancy fan, it will cool things down a LITTLE in a small, close space until it runs out of water in an hour.Maybe a half dozen or so will actually cool a bedroom down. But how much time and energy will be spent refilling all the bases with water every hour.Maybe the same idea but bigger would do something significant. But then again I think that's called an air conditioner.🤣

Appears Bigger in Graphic Than It Really Is
No way to view water level from front. Even though sales graphic shows a nice clear bottom...it's solid white. Also shows ice cubes in the water...must be very tiny ice cubes as the bottom water container is very small and not rectangle but with curves at the back. Runs out of water in 1 hour at medium level. Does put out a nice cool air for as long as it lasts.

very small
I can't rate how well it works because I didn't use it. The picture is deceiving, it shows ice cubes in the water compartment. Evaporative coolers don't work super great on their own, but ice can make a huge difference. The water compartment on this is so small there is no way you can put ice cubes in it, so that was disappointing and I returned.
