The WiFi adapter in my laptop went out and I needed something fast so I could work. This was easy to install and set up and worked really well for me. I ended up having my laptop repaired and only using this temporarily but it's good to have in case of future problems. The WiFi speed was very good.

The product is as described and was delivered quickly. Setup was easy. Just need to follow the instructions and download the current driver from the website. I am using this on my laptop that has an internal AC WiFi adapter. My router, which is one floor up, has AX functionality. I have a range extender in the next room on the first floor, but was experiencing frequent “drops.” Since installing the BrosTrend AX adapter, rock steady and faster. Glad I made this purchase and would, based on my experience, highly recommend it.

Made my old Linux laptop conversion a useable internet tool. Drivers were available and easily installed. Seems to continue to work without problems and provides strong connectivity. Great for the price.

I am extremely disappointed with the BrosTrend WiFi 6 AX1800Mbps USB WiFi Adapter. Here are the reasons for my one-star rating:Does Not Turn On: The adapter simply does not power on.Tried Multiple Methods: I attempted using it directly in my computer’s USB slots and with a USB extender, but it still did not work.No Indicator Light: There is no light or indicator that turns on when attempting to use it, making it impossible to know if it’s even receiving power.Tested on Multiple Devices: I tried the adapter on multiple devices, and it still does not turn on or work.Overall, this product has been a complete letdown and I cannot recommend it

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for its stated features and decided to test it out in a disadvantageous environment to see if it was as good as the manufacturer claims. I installed it on an old Toshiba Tecra with a built-in Intel Wireless AC 3160, then took the computer into my basement, far away from the router upstairs. Speedtest.net showed it averaging around 50 mbps.The attached video shows what happened when I installed the BrosTrend AX1800, using the latest Win 10 driver from their website. It basically maxed out my 100 mbps fiber service.This is just an excellent usb wifi adapter; it couldn't be better, and that is on an old machine in a poor reception environment. I recommend it without qualification. The manufacturer says Win 11 drivers will be available on their website soon.

Not really seeing any difference on my computer, but my husband's computer (same model, etc as mine) is using the same product is faster. Not sure what is going on with the product and havent called tech support

This receiver works much faster than the built in one from my laptop computer and opens up more networks to me, meaning that it also has a longer range. The speed of the internet increased exponentially, and I found that I have no buffering time on my video streaming services so that's a great plus.Not having the outer antennas on it also helps to keep the guesswork out of using the product and makes accidents less like to occur. It's larger than most Wi-Fi receivers but that can be seen as a positive as you're less likely to lose the product.However, it DOES have a problem with the software. It is not a plug-and-play device and requires users to access the setup through the product or online. Unfortunately, the driver setup was not recognized by my antivirus leading to problems initializing the receiver. There is an assurance that they are working to fix this issue and as soon as they do, the product has the potential to be the best available to private users.

This item worked for 2 days and after the 3rd use it was no longer working. No Bluedot nothin. Not sure why. Would like a replacement or a refund.UPDATE: Support contacted me after I sent them a request. Told me to download drivers. I updated. still didn't work. they sent me a new one and this one did. Thank you.
