The reason for 3 stars is the delivery agent left my parcel unattended outside my door and lied that it was handed directly to residence. This is not the first time. They can knock on your door to collect their money when it’s COD but leave your parcel if u pay online unattended at your door. We I love parcels go missing and I have on many occasions and I have a fixed instructions about not leaving my parcel unattended. It seems like Amazon as no respect towards their customers needs and request.
