Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  After only a few months of use, one of the top bearing cups is coming loose, and little ball bearings are falling out.They are also over greased and get grease splatters on your carpet.I'm 6 feet and 2 inches tall and weigh 200 pounds, far from overweight, so I find it surprising that one of these are already falling apart. The crappy plastic ones lasted 5 years. These? 4 months. When one fails you have to swap back to all factory wheels since these are taller.Do not buy. Go with another brand.

Disclaimer: I have shag carpet, I also have a mat the kinda helpsI bought these a while ago. They were great at first. I didn't even need my mat. However, as time went on the wheels started to get hard to move, even on the mat. They then started leaking ball bearings everywhere. After a while, they just snapped at the joint.

The yoke around the wheels is too weak and allows the wheels to lean and rub on the yoke-- makes noisy squeals as you roll. Might be OK for a person weighing 180 or 200 lbs. but not more. Took about 3 weeks of use for the problem to show up.

Smooth rolling. 1 wheel out if 10 was missing the teeny "C" clip. Used one from the wheels being replacedSqueaks like the dickens. Put teflon lube on all moving parts and still squeaks.Then read another review that the wheels are making contact with the sides. Probably so, but the squeak is loud and very annoying. Another 182 pound guy.

Do not buy. Within a week the bearings that allow the wheel to swivel on two of the wheels have completely disintegrated leaving tons of tiny ball bearings in my carpet for my kid to find and the product rendered useless! AWESOME! So glad I tossed the casters that came with my chair upon receiving these....For the record, I am 6ft tall and 150 Pounds.

they have possibly saved our tile floors at the office. they're very quiet and fast! The two office managers love them and often play bumper chairs - because they're just plain fun! You do have to be aware that when you push off to stand up - they are so efficient they may roll and not be where you think they should be when you sit back down. We ordered four more sets. Very easy to install - took minutes

What a great invention! We have been using these wheels on our office chair for more than 6 months and the woods floors underneath look perfect. The wheels roll very smoothly and have supported more than 200 pounds on a routine basis.

Poorly constructed. 2 of the wheels have bent to the point that they contact the side. This causes the wheels to squeal and makes rolling more difficult. This has been used infrequently by a 180lb guy for 1 month.
