Nice to have the extra resistance
I have been using the red "cables" for a few years, they started deteriorating, and I knew I'd get more but wanted to up the resistance.These have fit the bill. Not a whole lot else to say other than they work, fit my handles, and give me the tension I need for a good workout.

Fits my exerciser

for time being, a functional alternative to weight training
i use as a substitute for weight-pulley training. Right now, it's about the only cost-effective alternate. Weight equipment is either unavailable, or over-priced. These are available in variety of resistance levels. As you progress in your training, you'll need to move up.

100lbs Garbage product
Broke / tore at where internal plastic plug is placed while doing lay pulls. Very dangerous when it breaks.

The cable broke while I was using it. Didn't even last ten dayss :/ it's cheap price but also low quality item. Buyer beware.
