These vitamins are on the large side, but I do not find that I have any trouble swallowing them. A full serving is 2 of the pills. The pills have a slightly tomato-y smell, possibly from the inclusion of lycopene? I like that they contain some iron but not 100% DV, as a lot of iron in a multivitamin turns my stomach no matter how much I eat along with them. These do not upset my stomach but still get me a little necessary iron, as well as a ton of other good things to contribute to my healthy living.

I am very happy with this vitamin. I used to spend $60+ for vitamins similar to these, so the price is wonderful and seems to have good, quality ingredients. YES, it smells funny. But it is made with organic material, so honestly, it should have a strong vitamin scent! Would recommend!

I am so disappointed that I am throwing these away. They are HUGE, I actually threw up one of the first times I took one. And you're suppose to take two, it's so hard. I actually cut them in half to make it easier to swallow (I'm 30 BTW) but I still can't get them to go down. They taste horrible. Someone else said a hamster cage and that's pretty spot on. It is honestly a huge chore taking these. I'm giving up, I hope you buy another vitamin, these are terrible

At least to my knowledge.I am a long-time user of Silver Fern brand’s Whole Food Multivitamin. The price on that product has gone through the roof. And with the new weird "bioengineered food" labeling and DNA altering pesticides we're probably only safe with verified organic which cannot have the other issues.I started taking this Amazon brand multivitamin a few months ago. I have noticed no difference in the quality compared to the Silver Fern brand other than this is organic whereas the other brand is not. For the minor 2% of this Amazon brand that is not made from whole ORGANIC food, the price is well worth it for me. Especially when you can buy $50 worth in one order and save an additional 20% with Amazon's “stock up and save” promotions.I highly recommend this vitamin if you care about your health, do not want pesticides, heavy metals, GMO or any other bioengineered food nonsense; and don’t want to go broke taking care of yourself and your family. These vitamins come in two forms - one for men and one for women. Both are packaged similarly, as elongated tablets in a brown plastic bottle, and labeled as USDA Organic. The multivitamins are meant to be taken as two tablets per day, something I always find a little annoying since I can rarely remember to take two vitamins rather than just one, as with most formulations. The women's formulation has a little iron (2.5mg per serving) while the men's formulation has none. There are very slight differences in B12 and E content, but otherwise, everything else is identical. The formulation is easily tolerated and the content is well within the safe range, and largely close to RDA dosing. I noticed no negative side effects after a few days of use.
