I've had this power bank for 2.5 years. It charges my iPhone SE (2nd Gen) about 2.5 near full charges. It takes it a little longer than overnight to charge up the power bank fully. It's helpful to have an indicator light. I take it traveling and whenever I know I'm going to be out for the day and walking around where I can't plug into an outlet. It is heavier than what I'd like, but I'll take the weight for multiple charges for my phone.

I bought this to charge my phone and work zebra device on the go and it's worked great so far. Only had to recharge it twice and I'm constantly using it. Freakin amazing!

I bought this in late 2019 early 2020 to use as an energy source for a dress my daughter wanted made for Senior Prom in May of 2020. The dress got finished and it worked amazingly but COVID hit and the dress all complete was stored away. I took the dress out this week to play with it and the power bank was still fully charged! I have used it all week and it still hasn't needed charged. That's a great product.

This basically does the job I purchased it for. The charge can easily power a phone on a cross country flight and then some. As far as size I would say it is about the size of a pocket day planner which is a little larger than I imagined it would be. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the operation is a little quirky . There are few instructions so when I first received it I thought the charge window which is slightly raised from the body of the charger was a button and tried to push it. It a little flimsily installed too so it moved when I pushed it which made me think it was a button. It is reflective when not illuminated and looks similar to the silver power button which is next to it. When then hit the power button lights come on under the window so the charge of the battery pack. The power button itself doubles as an on/off switch for the battery pack and for the built in flashlight. Initially it the flashlight was a mystery to me because it seemed to come on sometimes when I pushed the power button and sometimes not. What I finally figured out was that two quick pushes of the power button turn the light on or off and one click turns on just the power. Other than these operational quirks and the flimsy plastic charge window I am satisfied.

I purchased this to recharge my phone when I'm away from a power source. It's an outstanding value! I put it in my fanny pack and take it when I'm at sporting events, sightseeing, on the subway, etc. I've charged my phone with it twice this weekend with the battery pack. The power in the battery pack is still showing 4 blue lights which means it still has most of its power left and I haven't plugged the battery pack into an outlet to recharge it since earlier last week. It's a bit larger than my phone but not much. It's heavier than a phone, but you're paying for a durable powerful device. It comes with a small cord to plug it into your phone. I like to put my power pack and cord in a zip lock sandwich bag. I can toss it in a fanny pack, purse, backpack, etc. & it goes with me wherever I go. It has 2 USB ports and a micro USB. You plug the cord into the micro USB and the USB end of the cord goes into a standard plug (like what you use to charge your phone) and you plug it in to charge up the power pack. To charge your phone or other device you just reverse the cord and put it in one of the USB ports and plug micro USB end into your phone or whatever you are charging.

The product is really good. I bought 2 of them and both are holding their charge pretty well. Built quality is good. It's heavy, as you would expect a 20,000 mAh Power Bank to be. I would advise keeping it in backup with a little longer cable to charge your phone in hand. I bought for my upcoming trip to New York and I knew my phone (iPhone 7+) wouldn't last a full day or travel and sightseeing. This power bank served so well. The shipping was super fast, I got it in 2 days. I'll be honest I never needed to charge my phone 5X in a row but I've charged multiple devices at the same time and it has charged 2 devices twice with 1 day gap. So on a full charge, this is a very dependable Power Bank. There are indicators about the charge it is holding (you can see it in picture that it has 3 LEDs on, meaning it can still charge 3X).Bonus - It has a built in torch, which is LED, and takes fraction of the power to stay on, if you are hiking or on a dark street.

Edit:Many months later. Still works so no house fire. Thou I don't use this often (10 times per year). Holds a charge seemingly forever.I think the 1amp port is mislabled with the 2amp port because it's the fastest of the 2 ports. (maybe just my imagination). It's not a slow charger, only just slower than the competition. But then again you do get what you pay for.It did sort of break once. The LED button popped inwards so I opened the pack, and hot glued it back in place with a generous amount of glue. It won't be going anywhere.Original:I got attracted by the cheap price and that is what I got.Cheap quality, and a 1 foot charging cable.Spend $5 more and get yourself something nice that also comes with a charger.Package is filled with poorly written English and misspelled words. I am seriously concerned this cheap Chinese made battery may have skipped on quality control too and it might just burn the house down while I sleep.
