10 out of 10 i used it after i had my baby and it does the job it’s easy to put on and adjust to your needs!

When I put it on it’s a struggle to squeeze in and out, but still not tight enough to train anything. It will act as body shareware somewhat though.

It really helped after having my baby as it easily adjusts to whatever is comfortable unlike botton up trainers.

Okay, in theory it COULD fit a 6X, I suppose, but I am a XL-1X, and it does not fit as advertised. Sure, it can fit around my ribs and stomach, but there's not a chance on my hips. I imagine for someone who is a 6X, it would fit even less and not be flattering at allThe strap that is supposed to secure this belt is difficult to deal with. Because the material is so slick, it is hard to get a proper fit without it slipping out of place. I often opt to just not use the strap, but that has resulted in an embarrassing situation involving the bottom of the bands coming loose while I wore a short dress...Overall, I do not believe this to be a *bad* product, but they should not promise such a generous size range if the belt cannot fit everyone the same way.To remedy this, I believe offering a longer and thicker band for plus sizes would be beneficial. The thin band often does not cover my entire mid section, so I have little unflattering fat pockets poking out here and there. And to get it to stay put, I have to wrap it to the point where my upper back (where my bra sits) looks squashed and very unflattering...Overall, I think this is better suited for someone who is a size large or smaller.
