Velcro became unattached from cloth.
Where the velcro is attached to either side of the opening it became separated from the side it was originally attached to making it impossible to hold that opening closed. I'm really disappointed because I've been using this quickie flip and shine mop for many years. I had ordered this replacement because the one that came with it finally failed after many years. I dont plan to return it because kohl's closed due to the virus and that was the only way I could do an Amazon return conveniently. Generally though Quickie is a fantastic product. I think I just got a defective one.

Quickie needs to keep making this mop!
Tile floors throughout the 2500 sq foot house need this mop. Is great for the preliminary dusting followed by the actual spray mopping. No streaks.
