Have nothing bad to say about this item....EVERY time I've used it, which has been quite often, it never fails me!!! Quick start, instantly every time!!

This little thing did the job every time I needed a jump which was often since I was sold a bad battery and frankly was too cheap to get another one since I was going to trade in my car either way. But I loved it. Would recommend.

The necessary ports are available. However, the amount of electricity that can be stored is not as much as advertised, can only charge the phone once, the external structure is solid, but it is actually made of plastic, which is quite light in the hand. The backup battery has a type-C port but is only for charging, does not support fast charging. In general, should only be used when absolutely necessary.

Eh, it is ok..... Depends on what you're using it for. I have not been successful once in having it jump my SUV.... That is with it fully charged. Should have just bought a legit jump box, if it's eligible still for return, I'm shipping it back.

The charger is extremely lightweight, can be used as a backup battery for a phone or other USB powered device, And it has a light. However its main limiting Factor is that it can only jump start a vehicle once per charge. While it is perfect for what I need it for, being limited to a single jump start with certain vehicles it's not ideal.
