Not Your Mother'sPlump for Joy Thickening Conditioner, 8 Ounce

This can add crunchiness to your hair if you don't apply it with a light hand. You don't need a lot of it to tame frizz. It's a good product. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the scent. It's not a bad scent, I just don't like perfumes in my styling products. I still use it and recommend it though.

I read that this might weight my hair down, but it has not. I have alot of hair, but it is really fine and goes limp easily. This has been great at keeping it healthy and manageable, but also works well and still lets me style as I'd like.

This gives the ends of my hair volume, feel fuller, and calms my split ends. I don't put it on my roots, because it ways it down. I love this product. My hair is shoulder length and very fine.

The product itself works the way it should. My only disappointment was that it doesn't have much smell. The shampoo, that goes with this conditioner, smells really good, in my opinion. I was hoping the same was going to be true for the conditioner

Honestly very disappointed. It’s very thin and you need half the bottle of your actually have curly hair. Also WARNING: this brand has started using alcohol, it’s the SECOND ingredient in all their products now. Is there anything left out there for naturally curly hair?

It does a decent job moisturizing my hair. I don't find it volumizing though. One thing that I absolutely hate is the scent. IT's a strong chemical cherry scent. I would rather it have no scent at all.

Have used with much delight and great success many Mother’s products. This one however falls short of it’s promises. It instead of detangling actually adds more tangles? Made my straight fine hair a actual rat’s nest! Sorry Mother’s this product doesn’t work! On a side note it smells fantastic!
