Instant hot water
Instant hot water dispenser is great for making tea in a flash- no additional heating required.Produces enough hot water to make pasta very quickly. This became a #1 must have item when we remodeled our kitchen.A bit pricey but worth every cent in time and effort saved. I'm spoiled now.Definitely recommend.

Great device
In a world where even the microwave is too slow when you want near-boiling water, this is the answer! Seriously, super-convenient when making tea, coffee, noodles, or basically anything that you do not need to boil for a prolonged time. Even cleaning dried foods off the dirty dishes. We did ours with the filtered water add-on and hot/cold dispenser so we get our drinking water there too. Have installed one of these in our last 3 homes, love them. You have to be at least a little “handy” for the install, or at least adventurous, as none of my installs was without some minor plumbing or electrical issue to sort out. Quiet and dependable with a great warrenty.

Working well, easy install once every thing's in place
If you already have the needed power and 3/8 cold water connection this is nearly a snap to install. But I needed to add an outlet under the sink as the disposal and dishwasher were directly wired from a junction box. Added outlet with disposal on one and dishwasher circuit on the other. Keeping the dishwasher directly wired it gave me a plugin for the tank unit. Also needed to replace the cold water valve with one that had two 3/8 outputs. After getting that done I mounted a water flter (3/8" in/out) and connected to the new cold water valve. Of course the unit I got and perhaps most all are 1/4" so I needed a snapfit 3/8 to 1/4 connector. Dry fit the hot/cold valve from above (removed the sprayer to free up a hold) and the tank does need to be pretty close to it, mine is straight below and about 5" off the bottom. Water connections then pretty much snap together. I flushed the cold first to clear out the new filter.Flow is very strong. Perhaps the 3/8" filter system helps and its only a basic single filter stage. Some complained flow wasn't good but for me hot and cold flow beyond expectations (16oz hot in about 9 secs). Now I'm waiting on our first electrical bill after installing to see what the energy use might be and added cost per month.

Great Addition to our Kitchen Sink!!!
Perfect! The factory set hot water temp is perfect for several cups of hot water. We no longer have to wait for our Kuerig to warm water for tea or instant coffee. Of course, nothing beats fresh brew. We added the filter and no new have filtered cold (tap water temperature) and hot water. Moreover, the flow rate is decent...it’s much faster than the fridge but doesn’t match the faucet.Use the hot water to help speed up a pot of boiling water. Also, for the ones in the family who don’t like Cold water from the fridge, it’s a perfect fit. We use the sink faucet tap water for everything else, but anything we consume comes out of the “wave”.The design matched our new faucet and looks great. It was extremely easy to install. We had a tap ready for the faucet and used the quick connect fittings to connect them all together. Attaching the water line last, and letting the tank fill, the faucet was ready to go.Cons - fitting the faucet into our quartz counter was troublesome. The hole wasn’t big enough for the plastic “outer” thread and the inner metal fitting wasn’t long enough for our counters. Rather than call a counter specialist to come back out and drill a larger hole (which wouldn’t have gone well) I decided to sand off the threads on the plastic extension to get it to fit...but once I did, everything went smoothly. The tank is also deeper than I had anticipated. We have plenty of room under the sink, but due to its depth we couldn’t put it where we thought without it interfering with the deep sink we have.Lastly, the fittings attach from the top. If I knew then what I know now, I would’ve bought some 90-degree elbow quick connect fittings to keep from bending the lines and to ensure it can go as high in the cabinet as possible. Of course, more fitting mean more opportunities for leaks...but it all went well.Overall...I’m very pleased with the product and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The convenience of having filter water is great.

Product stopped working in 18 months
The product stopped heating water after 18 months of low usage. It was professionally installed under sink, usage was 1 to 3 times a day to get hot water for tea. I expect such products to last for at least 10 years.
