I boiled the 20 grams as directed, except I ended up steeping it for little longer than suggested, and it turned out really strong. I ended up diluting it with another 8 cups of water and take only quarter cup a day, which keeps me in the bathroom for a whole day and night. So much stronger than any tinctures, extracts, and other sorts. Next time I'll only boil a Tbsp in suggested amount of water and see how that will work.Unfortunately, it didn't work for me...it lowers my BP, which is already low.
