Great controller with simplicity!
Good controller that is simple to operate and test PWM'ed equipment and parts. Currently use it to test parts on commercial mobile generators.

Two channel??
Item works just fine, but it is sold as a two channel, and it's NOT. There are adjustments for frequency and duty cycle. There is no way to access another channel. Frequency and duty cycle are parameters of a single wave. There are wires soldered to what is labeled on the pcb, PWM1 and PWM2 but from what I see, that trace doesn't go anywhere. Buttons are increase, decrease, and "set", no way to select a 2nd channel.

Very cool cheap little motor drive
So I don't claim to fully understand how this stuff works, but I am taking a motor drive course next semester, and this is a cool little thing for me to play around with for now. It seems relatively accurate; the PWM signal looks clean on my old oscilloscope, and my frequency counter shows that it is outputting what it claims to be.This doesn't have fancy features like soft starting or stopping, but for the price, I didn't expect that. I took some pictures and you can see that both frequency and duty cycle are very close to being spot on.I built 2 little circuits using a mosfet to switch the OUT+ line using the PWM signal on the gate and it worked perfectly. The first one is just an LED that can be dimmed or brightened, and then I hooked up a little DC motor. Out of curiosity I looked at the signal going to the motor with and without a capacitor attached, and you can see how cleanly the circuit is switching the motor on and off.Over all this thing is really fun for someone like me that tinkers in electronics, and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to teach themselves something about motor drives or PWM signals.

Still I Recommend it.
This product looks great, and is easy to hook up. Just taking a picture of it, I picked up the QR code and sent it to a web page where it downloaded the Instructions as a PDF file, unfortunately it is not in English, however the buttons are easy to figure out. With it's small step adjustments it is very precise yet adjustments are quick if you long press the buttons.I had fun showing people the importance of a Pulse width modulator (PWM) by using a simple light bulb, demonstrating the eyes persistence of vision while I increased the frequency until a "flicker" was not perceivable, then increasing the pulse width to demonstrate the energy density with an increase in brightness. All fun and games put aside, this unit is more suited for a professional install as a motor speed control or in it's timer mode as a one time operation or reoccurring timed pulse used as an indicator or control signal to initiate the next action ( Like the opening of a water valve to spray vegetables that are out for display in a market, or even the timely release of product on a conveyor belt used in manufacturing )Although I found it buggy at the low voltages (4 volts) it is specified to operate at, this consisted of dimming/flickering display lights during setting and low frequency use, it did not seem to affect the stability of the output. When you apply power it starts as 'ON" despite what state it was when power was removed.Testing for frequency accuracy it is stable but a few hertz low, well within values for a non-PLL device. PWM is often used in today's modern power supplies, learning the fundamentals of PWM will put you one more step ahead in this exciting field of electronics

Replaces high end lab equipment
I've been using signal generators in the lab for multiple PWM type applications. This is a very inexpensive and space saving replacement that provides all the functionality I would need for development purposes. The snap in mounting makes it easy to install into a project box where you can connectorize the signals to make your own mini portable signal generator.
