Good, Daily Vit D3 levels are so important. 10k IU daily now is a minimum. Have to say I am less sick and feel great after 4 yrs of daily D3, dont forget K2 to go with this

Seems GOOD but slight issue.
I bought this (Bronson Vitamin D3 10K IU 250mcg) TWICE... One time this pill where the standard oral oil pills, but the next time the pills were white (chalk) tablets. I've read that the white chalky tablets don't absorb as good as the oval oil ones. The problem is, it's nearly impossible to determine which one you are ordering until you receive it.
