Good Cheap Fiber Patch cable. Does the job
Its a 15 meter patch cable. Worked for me, no issues. Used with 2 Cisco Switchs with Cisco Optics. Used to connect my main 3750 switch to a "baby" 2940 8 port switch on the other side of the room at another desk. Used fiber for several reasons.1. Electrical isolation as the "baby" switch isn't on a UPS but a mediocre surge protector.2. To use the SFP port for the gig uplinkFirst time buying fiber stuff. Was plug and play. Upgraded my optics to ones with DOM and seeing the following power levels(which look good to me, to note in case this review shows up on other lengths this is for the 15 meter version)3750 end:TX Power= -4.5dBmRX Power= -4.8dBm2940 end couldn't get the DOM to show but expect similar readingsHave had this set up for a couple months now with no issues that i can attribute to this fiber. Only issues I ran into were the result of me fat fingering a command.

Good fiber
No issues as they worked right out of the bag with no cleaning required. Much better price than going through typical vendors as well as faster shipping times.

Those where installed in a cabinet in field in a heavy machinery. Working without flawless satisfying all the requirement network as well sturdiness in a dusty environment.

Durable connectors
I’ve purchased this item twice, now. Both times for use with 1Gb transceivers on both ends, in a home network environment. As you can imagine with a home network, I’ve plugged in and unplugged the cable multiple times, and it always has a solid physical connection and no issues passing traffic.

Stiff fiber conductors but does what is advertised.
Used for a control system extension over fiber at a job site. Connected a switch into the network. Eliminated the need for fiber to copper converter and a point of failure.
