Installation kit is very week, doesn't supposed to bear its own weight.
The media could not be loaded. A 20 kilo load bearing plate or frame should bear 20 kilo. But it's weight bearing plate hanged on wall, is supposed to bear just 2 kilo load, even less. Its an engineering fault.
